Several users are complaining about a recent bug in Google Documents where the last folder in the "My folders" directory is missing its expansion arrow. This is truly annoying to people who heavily depend on Google Docs for word processing and data storage (since users can now upload any file type). To temporarily get around the issue, a temporary [TMP] folder can be created to replace the last item in the directory. Take a look at the attached image to see what it should look like when you create the temporary folder:
